Monday Motivation: Michael Pollan

It’s so easy to become distracted and to let your goals and ideals slip away as life becomes busy and hectic. Sometimes finding a little inspiration in another person can get you back on track and feeling like you can indeed meet the expectations you’ve set for yourself. Who or what motivates you to be better?
